Personally, my mum and dad are all three compaines customers
So I guess I have the right to judge:)
Cause I am also the one behalf-ing them dealing with such things
Singtel-
First company in Singapore
Used to be our only choice, but now I really don't like Singtel
No offences la. Seriously.
Their customer services suck!
And their staffs are half friendly half don't-be-bother attitude
Really.
They once promised to call me back in 2 days time
But never again
I have to like call them back, and say the old story again
Like fucking wasting my time and saliva la
I called like 5 times in total, and repeated my problem for like umpteen times
OMG! How can they do this to me?!
I don't see attractive promotions or discounts everytimes I walk past a Singtel shop
MOREOVER
Everytimes my mum and I queue that fucking long queue wait for dunno what la
IN TAMPINES MALL BRANCH
There another smaller corner of the branch, around 5 station
All the staff there are like happily chit chatting
Not serving any customer at all
WTF?!
And not one time only, almost all the time I visit the particular branch
The scenario is always the same
Then I complain to my mum
She will says, maybe it's their breaktime
Then I was like "Then go to the staff lounge la!"
I believed that even it's their break time, they should at least
stay in the staff lounge and chit chat

WTF la!
Ever since so much occurences with Singtel
I had a bad impression then
Too bad!
Also, mioTV suck!
MIOTV makes us unable to get M1 broadband. Stupid extra sia.

Always give the best offers, and always make us feel worthwhile
Seriously lo.
The salesperson are all very patient explaining this and that to us
Who don't seems to get it on the first time
HAHAHA.
But one thing bad, I think
Is the reception.
My broadband wireless, sometimes tio DC, then need restart lappy
You know. Like who don't tio DC
Ya hor. Haha.
Also, unlike Singtel, Starhub OFTEN gives SUPER ATTRACTIVE PROMO
Like free laptops, free mobile broadband
Free this free what. Then what 25% off subscription fee.
And they treat old customers very good sia

M1!-Best for mobile deals
The two above I just stated are depends only on broadband and cableTV services
Never included mobile cause I dun care

Cause for me, I am currently using M1:)

M1 gives you many treats like 1-for-1 movie ticket every Sunday at any Cathay
Really. Means if i go watch movie with jwd on Sunday, it's only $10.
Cheaper. But you need to go buy the tickets in the morning.
Cause only for first 350 customers islandwide (First come first serve basis)
So ya:) That's why we always go Ehub! HAHA
And alot more la, I can't remember.
